How old does my child need to be to attend?
We care for children aged 3 years old up to school age. If your child is under 2.5 years old we suggest completing our waitlist form and we will contact you for a visit closer to your child's enrolment age.

Can I claim the Childcare Subsidy?
Yes, we are a government approved kindergarten program. However, it is your responsibility to apply and ensure you qualify to meet government requirements.

When are the opening hours?
Currently, we are open Monday to Thursday, 8:00am to 4:00pm.
These hours will be subject to change according to our enrolments. Fees may apply if continued pick up goes beyond closing time.
Do I need to pack lunch?
Yes, as we do not provide daily lunches. We require parents to provide lunch with consideration of any food allergies that may occur with other attending children. However, we do provide fun baking and cooking activities that the children can enjoy alongside their lunch.

What do we need to bring?
Hat, water bottle, cot sheets (fitted and flat), blanket, cot sized pillow or small cushion, healthy packed lunch (no wrappers please), snuggle toy, change of clothes, bush walking shoes (sneakers with velcro).

What do we do when we arrive for drop off?
Sign in at entry, apply sunscreen and tick chart, sanitise your hands, put lunch in the fridge, put water bottle in the basket, put hat in the basket, ensure belongings are stored in a locker, communicate with Miss Bec if needed, say goodbyes before 9:15am.

What do we do for pick up?
Sign out, collect your children's belongings; lunch box, drink bottle, hat, shoes, bag, check lost and found basket at front entry, collect your child and any artwork ready to take home.

How will my child transition into the centre?
Once you have enrolled, we recommend your child begin attending half days, if possible, to ensure they feel comfortable and can join in the flow of our day.

What are the enrolment fees?
Upon offer of placement, a non-refundable $150 enrolment fee (per child) is due. We also require a two week bond (full fee excluding childcare subsidy) to be paid upon enrolment. **Special offer on enrolment fee if paid on day of initial visit**

What are the daily fees?
$120 per day
$95 per day (if attending more than 3 days)

Please note: Fees are payable for all booked days, including absent days and public holidays. Our centre does not exchange days of care and does not arrange make up days.

What happens at Christmas and New Year?
Our centre will close for approximately two weeks over the Christmas and New Year period. Fees will not be charged at this time.
​
What happens at if we go on holidays?
Please advise our centre manager of your holiday arrangements with at least two weeks notice. Options for on hold placement or alternative arrangements can be discussed on an individual basis.

What if my child is sick?
Please let us know immediately if your child is sick and won't be attending their booked day.
Please advise if your child has shown signs of very contagious illnesses such as gastroenteritis, conjunctivitis, impetigo (school sores), hand, foot and mouth, lice or whooping cough.

Do you have bush adventures?
At this current time we have put our bush walk adventures on hold, these will commence again in the near future with plenty of notice to prepare.

Do you have a waitlist?
At this current time we have spaces available at our centre, if the days you are seeking are full, we will do our best to accomodate but can place you on our waitlist if needed.
